HOW TO BOOK A READING

​

Please do not call as unfortunately I am often in a consultation and will not be able to answer.

I will get back to you as soon as I can with an appointment time. Please note I am rarely able to do same day requests as I am generally booked at least 2 - 3 weeks in advance. It is best to secure a time and then if someone cancels or reschedules it is easier for me to move you and I would generally already have your chart prepared.

​

My office is located in Hornsby Level 1, 22- 28 Edgeworth David Ave Hornsby. It's the Regus offices next to Edgeworth Medical Centre but sort of behind the centre. There is 3 hours free parking in Westfield nearby. My office is also a short walk, about 10 minutes from either Hornsby or Waitara train stations.

HOURS OF BUSINESS

​

My regular hours of business are 9 am - 4 pm Monday to Thursday. However I do often take appointments on a Friday if I can but tend to retain Fridays for Numerology and Tarot students. Generally I do not work on public holidays but will occasionally on request.

                                                         

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

​

Payment can be made by Pay Pal to my email address: lynmaree 62@gmail.com or by Direct Deposit. I will provide my account details once we confirm a time. Full payment must be received before the commencement of your reading.

NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING

​

A $60 non refundable deposit is requested at the time of booking (to be paid within 24 hours of booking) to cover preparation of reports, accompanying documentation and administration costs in the case of last minute cancellations. The deposit comes off the total. The balance of the fee is then only required the day before your reading.  In these very changeable times total payment is NOT essential at the time of booking although full payment in advance is always appreciated whenever possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

If you need to cancel 3- 5 days before your reading is due and you have paid in full I will refund the balance of the fee, less the deposit. I retain this as I usually prepare for a reading a week in advance.

If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice - the total fee is forfeited as I am unable to rebook the session and it is insufficient time to prepare a new client's chart.

RESCHEDULING

​

I understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule as much notice as possible would be appreciated. I am a very reasonable person but rescheduling with 24 hours or less notice is considered a cancellation and full fee is retained.
